Working Principle of Pneumatic Actuator Valve
Pneumatic actuator valves are valves that are driven by compressed air. By using the compressed air to drive the combined pneumatic piston in the actuator, the force is transferred to the cross beam and the inner curve track, which drives the hollow core spindle to rotate, and the compressed air is transported to each cylinder change the position of air inlet and outlet to change the spindle rotation direction, according to the valve required to rotate torque requirements, the number of cylinder combinations can be adjusted to drive the valve work. Pneumatic Valve can be used to control the air, water, steam, a variety of corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive media, and other types of fluid flow.
