1. What is the difference between 2W31 solenoid valve and HK07 solenoid valve?

The HK07 is a pilot diaphragm type with a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar, which requires a pressure of 0.3 bar to start.
2. Why miniature motorized valve couldn’t automatically reset after power off?
The actuator of the miniature motorized valve has a capacitance that must be charged first. After the capacitor is charged, when the valve is suddenly cut off during operation, the capacitor will release the voltage and close the valve to achieve the effect of automatic reset.
3. Why is there oil in the pressure gauge of the pressure regulator valve?

4. Why can’t a 12V intelligent motorized ball valve open?
Intelligent motorized valve to the voltage requirements are higher, you must use more than 24V voltage so have enough voltage to drive the actuator to open the valve. Voltage below 24V can not be turned on.
5. What is triple eccentric butterfly valve?

6. Why can not use plastic valve for desalting water medium?

However, the electric valve, because of the principle of the actuator, power on after the valve open, and can remain open for a long time, and will not cause damage to the actuator.
So when the customer request valve can operate for a long time, we will recommend electric valve.
9. What is the basic difference between a spring return pneumatic actuator valve and a double acting pneumatic actuator valve?
Spring return pneumatic actuator valve refers to ventilation open, off the gas off. But the switch is slower.
Double-acting pneumatic actuator valve means ventilation open, ventilation off, but very fast switching speed.
If you require an extremely fast switch speed, we would recommend a dual-action. If you require extra-high safety performance, we would recommend single-acting.
10. Why is selection more important than calculation?
Compared with the calculation and type selection, type selection is much more important and complex. Because the calculation is only a simple formula calculation, it does not depend on the accuracy of the formula, but depends on the accuracy of the given process parameters. Type selection involves more content, a little careless, it will lead to improper type selection, not only cause human resources, material resources, financial resources waste, and the use effect is not ideal, bring a number of use problems, such as reliability, life, operation quality, etc. .
