1. Applicability
The fluid in the pipeline must be the same as the medium specified in the selected solenoid valve series.
The temperature of the fluid must be less than the nominal temperature of the solenoid valve.
Solenoid valve allows liquid viscosity generally below 20CST, greater than 20CST should be noted.
Working pressure difference, the highest pressure difference in the pipeline less than 0.04 MPA should choose direct-acting and step-by-step direct-acting. The pilot solenoid valve can be used when the minimum working pressure difference is greater than 0.04 MPA. The maximum working pressure difference shall be less than the maximum nominal pressure of the solenoid valve. General solenoid valve is one-way work, so pay attention to whether there is a back pressure difference, if necessary, please install the check valve.
Fluid cleanliness is not high when the solenoid valve should be installed in front of the filter, the general solenoid valve on the medium requires cleanliness to be good.
Note the flow aperture and nozzle diameter. Solenoid valve general only switches two-bit control; conditions allow the installation of bypass pipe, easy maintenance. If there is a water hammer phenomenon, please customize the opening and closing time of the solenoid valve.
Pay attention to the influence of ambient temperature on the solenoid valve.
Power supply current and consumed power should be selected according to the output capacity, power supply voltage generally allows about 10%, must pay attention to AC starting when the VA value is high.
2. Reliability
The solenoid valve is divided into normally closed and normally open two. General selection of normally closed, open power, power off off off. But if you need to open for a long time, close for a short time, please choose the normally open type.
The action time is very short when the frequency is high generally chooses the direct movement type, the big caliber selects the fast series.
3. Security
General electromagnetic valve is not waterproof, in conditions do not allow, please choose waterproof type, such as HKP Series Solenoid Valve.
The highest nominal pressure of solenoid valve must be more than the highest pressure in the pipeline, otherwise the service life will be shortened or other unexpected circumstances.
The corrosive liquid should choose PTFE material solenoid valve, such as HKFP Series Solenoid Valve.
The safety requirement is high, and the corresponding explosion-proof products must be selected in the explosive environment.
