Stainless Steel Ball Valve in the pipeline is mainly used to cut off, distribution and change the direction of the flow of media. Stainless steel ball valves can be closed or opened with only 90° of rotation and a small amount of Torque. Fully equal valve body cavity for the medium provides a very low resistance, through the flow channel. Ball valve switch light, small size, can be made of a large diameter, reliable seal, simple structure, easy maintenance, sealing surface and ball often in the closed state, not easily eroded by the media. Stainless Steel Ball valve material is divided into SS304, SS316. Ball valve is widely used in various industries.
Ball Valve Features:
The main feature of the stainless steel ball valve is its compact structure, easy to operate and maintain, stainless Steel Ball valve can be used to control the air, water, steam, a variety of corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive media and other types of fluid flow.
Noted:
1. Stainless steel valves should be kept out of contact with other metals, free from internal blockages, and in a well-ventilated environment.
2. In order to protect the ball valve gasket, the ball valve should be in full open state.
3. Before use, to confirm the state of the interface, whether there is oil, and so on, if there is to remove the attached foreign body.
4. The valve body shall have a specified flow direction, which shall be the same as the Arrow on the valve body when installed.
5. When the pipe is connected to the valve, the valve end near the pipe is secured with a wrench and the pipe is tightened with pipe tongs. The end of the pipe can damage the inside of the ball valve if the threads are screwed too far.
6. When tightening bolts, do not tighten only one side, should tighten the corresponding diagonal bolt.
7. The use of the Seal Ring Valve, due to the characteristics of the seal ring, storage process will make the pressure of the sealed components, leading to leakage, before use must be tightened screws. It should also be checked regularly to see if the screws are tight.
