In the refrigeration system of the Industrial Water Chiller, the main function of the valve is to control the flow and direction of the refrigerant. In daily use, the valve also needs to be used frequently. When the industrial water chiller needs to be shut down or opened, requires the use of a valve. Because of its high frequency of daily use, so in the installation of the need for more attention in order to ensure its normal use, and will not affect the use of industrial water chiller stability.
1. The valve should be installed in easy disassembly and maintenance of the place, all kinds of valve installation must pay attention to the refrigerant flow, can not be installed in reverse.
2. When installing flanged valves for industrial water chillers, the flanges of flanges and valves must be cushioned with high-pressure asbestos sheets. The thickness of the high-pressure Asbestos Sheets shall be determined according to the depth of the flanged grooves on the valves. When the valve is a larger and deeper groove, to use a thicker asbestos plate, to avoid them between the concave-convex interface easy to have gap and seal is not strict. In the assembly of flange-type valves, be sure to make all bolts under uniform force, otherwise, concave-convex interface pressure bias.
3. Install Globe valve with working fluid flowing from the bottom of the valve to top. When installed in a horizontal line, the stem should be vertically upward or inclined at an angle that prohibits the stem from being downward. If the valve position is difficult to access or higher, for ease of operation, the stem can be installed horizontally.
4. Industrial chiller installation check valve, to ensure that the valve core can automatically open. For the lift check valve, should ensure that the spool center line and horizontal plane perpendicular to each other. For swing check valve, should ensure the rotation of its spool plate, and spool plate must be installed into the level.
5. The relief valve shall be installed directly on the globe valve at the outlet of the equipment and the arrow on the valve body shall flow in the same direction as the working fluid.
6. The solenoid valve must be installed horizontally at the outlet of the equipment and must be installed in the position specified in the drawing. If the solenoid valve is installed in front of the throttle valve, at least 300mm distance between the two.
7. Industrial chillers in the thermal expansion valve must also be installed horizontally, to pay attention to the valve inlet, outlet connection, usually in the valve inlet has a screen. If the thermal expansion valve has good control, the location of the temperature sensor is very important. The bag should be firmly fixed on the clean suction pipe so that the bag has good contact with the suction pipe. The external balance pipe of the external balance thermal expansion valve should be installed in the lower part of the wrap of the return air pipe. The distance between the wrap and the wrap should be 150~200 mm. The wrap should be tied on the horizontal pipe section The external balance tube should be connected from the top of the horizontal section of the return airway.
