Maintenance Of Discharge Valve
1. The discharge valve should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse as a whole. It is strictly prohibited to be stacked or stored in the open air. The ends of the discharge valve need to be blocked.
2. Check the discharge valve carefully before installation, and remove the damage caused by the valve during transportation and storage. Before installation, pay attention to whether the screws of each part are balanced and whether the lifting (moving) is flexible.
3. The discharge valve should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where the discharge valve is not damaged.
4. When the discharge is blocked, you can use metal rods or hard tools to dredge. Pay attention to the use of metal rods or hard tools to avoid damaging the contact surfaces of the valve disc and the seal ring.
5. Try to avoid alternate use of acid-base media (except neutralization reaction media), so as not to shorten the life.
6. According to the medium performance and service life, the PTFE seal ring on the top of the valve body and the PTFE sheet on the orifice plate should be checked frequently. If it is found to be damaged, it should be replaced and used in time.
7. If the discharge valve surface is found to be damaged, it should be stopped immediately. The affected area can be repaired with special materials, or the production unit can be entrusted to produce.
