The diaphragm valve is to use the diaphragm as the opening and closing piece to close the flow channel, cut off the flow, and the valve body cavity and valve cover cavity separated by the cut-off Valve.
Diaphragm commonly used rubber, plastic and other elastic, corrosion-resistant, non-permeable materials. Working Principle And Composition
Diaphragm Valve uses the corrosion-resistant lining of the valve body and corrosion-resistant diaphragm instead of the valve core components, using the movement of the diaphragm to play a regulatory role. Diaphragm valves are constructed of cast iron, steel, or stainless steel and lined with corrosion or abrasion-resistant materials, diaphragm rubber, and polytetrafluoroethylene. The lining of the diaphragm corrosion resistance, suitable for strong acid, strong alkali and other strong corrosive medium regulation.
Diaphragm valve simple structure, fluid resistance, flow capacity than the other types of valves with the same specifications; no leakage, can be used for high viscosity and suspended particles medium regulation. The diaphragm separates the medium from the upper cavity of the valve stem, so that no packing medium will leak out. However, due to the limitation of diaphragm and lining material, the pressure resistance and temperature resistance are poor, generally only suitable for 1.6 MPa nominal pressure and below 150 °C.
The flow characteristic of diaphragm valve is close to fast-open characteristic, approximately linear before 60% stroke, and little change after 60% stroke. Pneumatic diaphragm valve can also be equipped with feedback signals, positioner and positioner devices, to meet the needs of automatic control, program control or flow regulation. The feedback signal of pneumatic diaphragm valve adopts non-contact sensing technology. This product uses the membrane type to push the air cylinder, replaces the piston air cylinder, has eliminated the piston ring easy to damage, causes the leakage to be unable to push the valve to open and close the malpractice. When the air source fails, the handwheel can be operated to make the valve open and close.
